Simple Pricing

Our pricing is simple, with no hidden fees.

When you get started with Intercon Messaging, there is a lot going on behind the scenes, from your account setup to the delivery of training. So, we include an initial one-time setup fee for account programming and agent training on your first invoice. From there, you are only charged for the time we spend on your account assisting your clients or conducting requested updates.

We bill monthly based on your packaged time, and if you have to use additional time, we cover that with our per-minute rate. There are no cancellation fees, and you can cancel your services at any time.

We offer five packaged plans. If you do not know what plan would suit your business needs the best, contact us! Our team will help you find the plan that makes the most sense for you. Also, if your needs change, we can re-evaluate your plan at any time.

Custom Answering Service Plans

Don't see a plan that suits your business? Custom plans are the best option if you have a high call volume of over 1000 minutes, and on-demand plans are the most cost-effective if you use less than 100 minutes per month. We can create a plan with custom features and pricing if you use less or more minutes than our packaged plans.
