    Rather than our clients spending their working day booking appointments, answering phone calls or keeping tabs on their employees working in remote areas, we do it for them. And we need your help.

    Intercon Messaging seeks full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our in-house Drayton Valley team.

    Essential Skills Required

    • Enthusiasm for customer service

    • An aptitude for genuine customer engagement

    • PC literate and familiar with essential software like Microsoft Office

    • Willingness to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends

    • A positive, team-oriented attitude with exemplary attendance

    • Analytical skills that assist in solving customer issues

    • Capable of dedicated desk work, managing multiple calls

    • Self-motivated and works well independently

    • A desire to learn new skills and certification when necessary

    Responsibilities

    • Answer or respond to incoming calls, SMS, emails or notifications.

    • Assist customers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, or escalating their call to the most appropriate contact.

    • Dispatch oil and gas alarms and monitor lone-worker check-in notifications.

    • Perform other duties as required, including data entry, updating contact and on-call schedules, or special projects related to our services.
