Outstanding Service Brings Home Multiple National Call Management Awards

At the 2021 Annual CAM-X Convention, Intercon Messaging received our 21st consecutive Award of Excellence (Top 10 Score), our 20th consecutive Award of Distinction (Top Score), and our 3rd consecutive Award of Excellence Plus Dispatch for exceptional call management and response.

Each call is reviewed by an independent panel of judges, who score call-handling skills for “enhanced service” applications.  The focus is on customer relationship management, courtesy, etiquette, the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy; all cornerstones of the call management industry.

We would like to recognize our amazing staff for all they do, specifically Nadine Sans-Cartier, our quality assurance leader. It is because of Nadine and our agents' dedication to our call quality, we get to bring these awards home!
