Intercon Messaging - Awards

Intercon Messaging's outstanding crew have achieved 5 consecutive years of Award Winning Service. At the 2007 CAM-X annual convention Intercon Messaging picked up our 7th Award Of Excellence! Intercon Messaging was also awarded our 5rd Award Of Distinction, an award we enter only emergency response type clients!

We are also very excited to announce that Intercon Messaging became ATSI Gold Certified in 2006. As an ATSI certified site, Intercon Messaging meets or exceeds industry standards in a wide variety of operational areas. Intercon Messaging is the second Canadian site to become certified and is one of approximately 25 total sites to earn this distinction.

In house challenges include:

Top Operator Status To win “Top Op”, the operator needs to achieve over 90% on randomly selected calls that are scored in accordance with the CAM-X Award of Excellence criteria. The scoring is done by our in-house Quality Assurance Monitoring Agent.	Employee of the Month The Intercon Messaging employee of the month is selected by their fellow Customer Service Representatives.
