At the 2011 Annual CAM-X Convention, Intercon Messaging received our 11th consecutive Award of Excellence and our 9th Award of Distinction, for exceptional emergency response. These prestigious awards are administered by CAM-X (Canadian Call Management Association). These CAM-X award programs benchmark messaging centres using criteria focused on customer relationship management, professional call handling, detailed information gathering, dispatching, and specific call control.
